Freight Africa nv can, of course, also provide for freight forwarding services on a port-to-port and port-to-door basis.
Our aim is to assist our customers to remain focused on their core business. To help them to achieve this an accurate monitoring of their shipments is ensured from the moment the order is ready for shipment until the goods are delivered to their final destination. Tracking reports are provided to our customers on a regular basis in accordance with their personal requirements
Working pro-actively on a daily basis we can already anticipate on possible hick-ups and safeguard our clients from delays and related additional costs, in receiving their cargoes. We are also protecting our clients’ interests by carefully selecting the shipping lines not only on basis of lowest tariff but also considering other technical parameters such as reliable shipping schedules, transit time and container release conditions at both the departure and destination ports. Documentation
In addition to our general freight forwarding activities, we also assist our customers with particular services such as but not limited to the issuance of waivers (ECTN, BESC, FERI) and cargo insurance coverage formulas.Being a fully licensed contracting freight forwarder we are entitled to issue our own Bill of Lading covering intermodal door-to-door freight forwarding solutions. This Bill of Lading is a fully negotiable document being endorsed by the international banking world. As a member of the Antwerp Freight Forwarding and Logistic Association we are also entitled to issue our own Fiata documentation.
